3 Steps

1. Dough Band Forming: Calibrating Rollers form dough to the desired exact weight distribution.
2. Rolling/Kneading: The use of a multi-roller assembly (satellite head) where the dough is successively subjected to pressure for a period of time, then allowed to relax will result in relatively stress-free dough.
3. Sheet Thickness Adjusting: Second set of Calibrating Rollers ensures proper sheet thickness.

Control Panel

With our user friendly control panel the operator can easily adjust all parameters from this station easily adjusting all equipment such as the conveyor, dough forming speed, filling 1 and 2, kneading, pressing, dusting, cutting and more… The menu guided system is language independent & the large symbols are self-explanatory.

12 Roller Specialized Rolling

Large satellite heads with one lower roller treats the dough band particularly gently. In this way the dough sheet stays free of tension and the dough maintains its integrity.

Adjustable Roller Table

Quickly adjust the table angle to increase or decrease the speed of dough sheet feeding to the machine. All rollers are made of food grade UPE plastic.

Adjust Sheet Width

Adjustable Rollers on each side help contain the dough as it is fed into the machine, the roller positions can be adjusted during operation for more accurate control of sheet width.

Side Winder

The winding position and angle can be adjusted as desired.

Thickness Adjuster (Satellite Rollers)

Conveniently adjust roller distance and thickness of sheeting from 1mm to 20mm.

Flour Duster Positioning

Low dusting position prevents flour scattering and keeps plant environment clean.

Auto Flour Duster

This industrial flour duster, dusts evenly on dough or conveyor surface. Hopper Capacity: 2 L Top lid easily removed and small window let’s you see the amount of flour left in the hopper.

Sheet Width Guide

Operator can conveniently provide the dough sheet with its desired width while at the same time correcting any eventual line tension in the dough sheet. Adjustable range: 5-30 cm

Optical Sensors

The optical sensors provide automatic stop/start of dough path to prevent collisions between the different dough stations.

Castor & Leveling Mounts

Castors allow easy positioning of equipment in your workshop. Heavy duty leveling mount ensures proper machine level after installation.
