The YJ-SE52 model is built with rugged stainless steel frame and is designed to handle vegetable and meat fillings with high water content. This design reduces the pressure and allows the filling to keep over 50% moisture levels. This will help in preserving the original flavor of the filling.

Introduce
Hopper Design
With a 16 L hopper capacity this machine is capable of large volume deposits of meat, vegetables, and other high water content filling. Once loaded into the hopper, the filling is gently extruded through 3 separate extruders horizontally to preserve its integrity throughout the depositing process.
Screw Type Depositor
Our filling depositor uses a heavy duty industrial build screw type design for reliable continuous depositing. Built with stainless steel and easy to clean, this ensures a clean and hygienic working environment.
Damage Free Depositing
The filling is extruded horizontally allowing for a steady and reliable continuous flow and damage free filling is carefully deposited on the sheet preserving the traditional and authentic taste.

Two star shape hand knob bolts on either side of feed screw allow for easy and quick dismantling and cleaning.

Once loosened, parts can be dismantled in a simple sequence allowing for thorough cleaning.

First remove center screw then remove right and left ones for cleaning.
Efficient Drainage
At the base of the machine an internal drainage tray collects excess liquids which are then efficiently removed through the side drain system. This ensures a clean and hygienic working environment.
