Two hoppers – twice the productivity & flexibility

With a capacity of 10-15 kg per hopper this machine is capable of large volume deposits of meat, bean, jam, grain filling and more. The two hoppers allow for automatic mixing of different flavors and ingredients. This industrial size filling depositor can be connected to the main production line system, meaning the deposit speed and rate can be accurately adjusted through the main control panel, allowing for fully automatic production.

Screw Type Depositor

Our filling depositors use a heavy duty industrial build screw type design for reliable continuous depositing.  Two star shape hand knob bolts on either side of feed screw allow for easy and quick dismantling and cleaning.

Consistent mix thanks to special design

The two fillings are fed into the screw type depositor through a regulator that keeps the final filling mix at an optimal level before it is extruded vertically, allowing for a steady and reliable continuous flow. This ensures that a consistent and damage-free filling is deposited on the sheet preserving the traditional and authentic taste.

Twin-Screw Hopper Design

Two pairs of feed screws rotate side-by-side in this filling depositor resulting in improved throughput and handling. This design reduces material build-up inside the hoppers and leads to better feeding accuracy. With a star shape hand knob the operator can make adjustments to the filling amount being fed through to the depositor at any given time.

Handles for easy movement

Two handles at the back of the machine make it easy for the operator to move it around at any time.
